As a customer care officer at Singtel, I need to answer every inbound call and even call back to the customer for any follow-up cases. I need to comfort their emotion and then provide solutions for them so that they have a better experience when they used the Singtel products when accessing wifi, watching Singtel tv and phone call. When I was working at SIngtel i always achieve my KPI at 90% because I always treated my customers as my friends.
