- Performs all duties related to recruiting including placing advertisements, resume review, phone screening, interviews and all follow up.- Responsible for Onboarding of Employees.- Manage The Employee Benefits Program: Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, Workers Compensation, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, COBRA administration and 401K enrollment.- Process and manage end-to-end payroll with HRIS- Assist in time and attendance and payroll processing to ensure accurate payroll records.- Maintains confidential employee files, as well as ensures compliance with employment laws and record keeping.- Manages PTO process.- Participates in the company Safety Committee to ensure a secure and safe environment for all employees. Also responsible for partnering with the Director of Operations for group safety training.- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers; referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff- Oversee employee off boarding- Other duties as assigned

- Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process (post jobs, source resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, create offer letters, new staff on-boarding arrangement)- Maintain and update records of personnel-related data in HRIS (leaves, payroll, and personal information)- Assist in attendance administration and payroll calculation- Assist in preparing various analysis, annual & budgeting reports for management/supervisors to review- Coordinate employee development plans, training, safety & health program- Assist with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs- Update the employee handbook, company policies, and culture playbook- Perform various office services such as data entry, filing, answering phones, email, and sending/receiving facsimiles

- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Department- Assist in recruiting, selecting, and hiring preparations and arrangements- Assist in conducting orientation for new employees- Assist the team to calculate the payroll and support the corresponding preparation- Manage medical, dental, and pension plan enrollment/termination of staff- Maintain employee records and support e-leave administration- Prepare and handle reports on personnel activities (staffing, headcount, attendance, training, performance evaluation, opinion survey, etc.)- Coordinate employee relation program (Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, Health talk, Charity events, etc.)- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the HR Department

- Manage daily administrative tasks (ordering and maintaining office supplies, processing CEO travel claims, tracking office inventory, running company errands to the post office, etc.)- Manage the filing system and data entry for the finance & HR team
