I have conducted experiments and numerical simulations on the different catalogue products to analyse structural performance and make improvements.Responsibilities:● I create numerical models with SolidWorks and apply HyperMesh and ABAQUS on the numerical simulations on different structures under special loading conditions.● I conduct physical experiments to verify the numerical results.● I make scripts with Python under different requirements, e.g., ABAQUS development, to improve the working efficiency.● I analyse the results and report it to the manager and director.

I participated in the market research data analysis, depending on which, sustainable solutions have been obtained for business objects.Responsibilities:● I assisted the market research manager in conducting quantitative and qualitative research.● After receiving the data from respondents, I loaded the dataset on Q research software for data program and analysis.● I analyzed the dataset through various statistical techniques and discussed it with my manager on the insights achieved from the analysis results.● I prepared the reports based on the analysis results.Achievements:● The insights obtained from the data analysis supported our clients to make marketing decisions.

I improved the BESO technique (a structural optimization method) and implemented it on structural analysis software ABAQUS with Python.Responsibilities:● I collaborated closely with internal and external group members to investigate the features of BESO technique.● I improved the BESO technique to generate various optimal designs to satisfy different requirements for structural designers.● I applied the BESO technique on structural analysis software ABAQUS with Python.● I developed and verified the completed program with several specific numerical models.Achievements:The BESO technique has been further improved to satisfy variable design requirements.The completed Abaqus script works superbly on solving topological optimization problems.
