Full scope of business development and management of metal business in China, to leading the product innovation and landing to the market, program acquisition and development, industrialization and operations. Scope including 7 frame plants and 2 mechanism plants. Yearly ordering taking more than 1 billion Euros and turnover more than 600M euros for which target to bit more than 1 billion euros in coming 5 years.

Taking Charge of all Japanese/Korea Customer business development. Yearly ordering take at 800M euros.

Full scope of Product line management, including commercial sales, program development and with 2 mechanism mega plants operations. Product line full P&L owner. (Sales turnover more than 300M euros, with multiple product portfolio: Tracks, Recliners, Mechatronics…)

Fully responisble for P&L;Ensure plant safety by deploying group HSE policy and tools;Improve quality with PPM at less than 15PPM;Ensure plant delivery to customer by capacity management;Ensure plant production flow and labor efficiency with lean systems based around TPSDeploy TPM within plant maintenance scope;Develop department manager by on job coaching with Faurecia communication tools;Ensure new program successful launch in the plant;Improve plant profitability.

On division level, manage the complete scheme of the improvement projects:Build the current VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Propose targeted VSM, saving and planningCollect data for cost analysisSupport local team in deployment of pull system / Support local team during new plants launchImplement logistics improvement actions, in coordination with the divisions, Plants and others support functions (Quality, Lean 6sigma…)Track planning and saving, propose recovering plan if neededEnsure Know-How capitalization with formalization of results/best practices
