 In charge of data platform product, group leader of data product group (four direct underling)，report to the product director and VP.  Lead the designing work of Pharmacodia data from 0 to 1. Promote the developing, testing, launching and updating work of product with development and test group. Assist with data management group for data maintenance and updating. Cooperated with sales department to decide and implement the promotion & sales strategy of product. Participated in training for sales staff as a trainer. Performed the investigation to existing and potential users in varied forms. Conductedthe research work based on operation data of product and Competitor product. Collected and analyzed the true user requirements then transformed them to product requirements. Achieved the continued product optimization in the above-mentioned ways.  Watched the industry and forefront trends continuously. Considered the product evolution in future. Assited with the leadership to make the product strategy.

Jointed in the in-vivo pharmacology and biomarker research on BGB-3111 and BGB-A317.

Participated in pre-clinical pharmacology and toxicology research on a few of compounds and MAbs (CRO Projects).
