Develop content and graphics with Photoshop to enhance transparency through the student run shop, as well as produce and manage content for various social media accounts. On the barista side of this position, I serve customers in a fast-paced environment while developing peer management skills that challenge and support other employees. Directing the magazine's creative capabilities, in terms of cover, spread, and layout. Work collaboratively to oversee the entire Design team, ensuring that all written pieces are creatively expressed under our aesthetic eye. Currently working on an exciting fall cover in collaboration with another UChicago organization, MODA Magazine, the expert on all things fashion - keep an eye out for an especially avant-garde issue!

Periodically contribute recipes, reviews, and features to UChicago’s student-run culinary magazine. Conduct interviews, travel to new restaurants, make fun recipe creations, and report for different stories and restaurant features. Worked within the Strategy & Transformation team to conduct pricing analysis on an array of competitors and mattress features. Also created graphics for the collaborative intern project, in which we each conducted interviews with Casper employees to map out the Casper company structure and organization.

Mentored by Dr. Brian Chor, worked to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the Family First Prevention Services Act and its congregate care provisions. By conducting document reviews and assisting with survey design within a collaborate research and policy team, I gained in-depth knowledge of the US child welfare system. Finished the project by producing data visualizations of survey questions to be used in the draft Congressional Report, and compiled document reviews to produce the final report. I completed a project under Dana Weiner following work with Dr. Brian Chor to compile data entry in REDcap and streamlined the survey collection process to be more efficient.

Used Unix commands in conjunction with Excel to restructure and combine the classification of diseases with corresponding body parts/organs. As part of the coordination between patient and doctor portal, work is done to streamline user search by using grouped keywords and identifying classifications of organs. An example in practice, patients diagnosed with brain cancer can search for specialists in brain disease.

Exercise verbal and written communication skills while communicating with clients, most recently working with a major airline provider to optimize fleet composition. Analysis was performed on various aircraft models and their associated cost, combining quantitative internal data aggregation and competitive analysis to provide an effective recommendation. As an Engagement Manager, I work closely with C-suite executives to develop and manage project timelines, communicating work to consultants by plotting project scope.I served as an Engagement Manager for the program’s social impact initiative that occurs during the summer term, working with an organization to develop their affordable housing model. I am currently leading a project through the spring term to streamline and optimize sales pipelines, in conjunction with identifying potential verticals for entry by analyzing the product’s unique positioning.

Selected to the Fairfax County Youth Leadership program, attended monthly seminars alongside fellow participants to hear from different sectors of government, including the FCPS school superintendent and members of county EMS response. Completed assignments to research roles in government.
