I managed the inventory for a client using an inventory management system.I also collaborated to train students in manufacturing, math, measuring, budgeting, and basic job search skills. I trained and supervised students on order fulfillment for real customer orders, stepping in to help when appropriate.I attended morning meetings to share and collaborate on needs and work plans for the day.

I called customers after they received an order. I would build relationships with them, show them that we really did want to take the time to hear their thoughts about our food and their experience with our company as a whole, and note down as many quotes and feedback points as I could. I would store that information appropriately, notify the appropriate department or person of ideas and issues, and follow up to ensure any issues were handled to the customer's satisfaction to the best of our ability.I familiarized myself with constantly shifting recipe/product information, new store location openings, and various new software as Clover continued to expand, upgrade, and found new processes.I identified and engaged with customers who might want to leave video testimonial in exchange for a free meal, or who might like to try a new meal box in exchange for detailed feedback before a release to the general public.

I wore many hats in this role over time. I wrote software using AngularJS 1, Python, PHP, HTML 5, CSS, JSON, and more. I worked in a highly team-oriented environment to plan, develop, test, and audit new features as well as to maintain and upgrade older features. I assisted in interviewing, selecting, onboarding, training, and reviewing the performance of interns. I audited software and customer content for WCAG 2.0/2.1 compliance, usability, correctness, regulatory updates, and security. I worked with virtual machines, servers, and many AWS technologies.I attended conferences, both to learn and to speak with customers and potential customers. I worked closely with our designer to facilitate communication and to generate ideas. I also worked closely with sales to discuss company growth, marketing strategies, and to assist with technology needs. I created automated in-house software with an intern and documented it thoroughly. I tested an automated phone system. I ran queries in several kinds of databases, and installed hardware.I attended agile/scrum meetings, generated, prioritized, and assigned tasks individually and as part of a team. I documented and improved many processes, and as needed/requested advised the CEO on strategies for maintaining the health of the company culture. I worked with several of our clients and prospective clients directly, and consistently prioritized user experience in my work.I ran background checks, maintained the IAM for many of our accounts, ran payroll, assisted with several tax/employment documents, and hired an accountant and managed some of the accountant's account access.

I received some formal training in tutoring and helped students to understand cellular biology in the Student Success Center at Knight Campus.
