A former critical care nurse and educator in intensive care units, Kaia, enjoys being an advocate for her clients as a REALTOR®. Honed negotiation skills and keen attention to detail help her in aiding homebuyers and sellers. She is a native of Houston who graduated from Baylor University and has resided in New Braunfels since 2001. Since relocating to New Braunfels, Kaia has immersed herself in the community and actively supports First Protestant Church, Hope Hospice, Salvation Army, SOS Food Bank, Texas A&M College of Medicine, and the local animal shelter. In 2002, she was the Chair for the New Braunfels Heart Walk, in which she helped raise more than $30,000 in donations. Additionally, with local registered dietitians, she founded a small grass roots support group called Get Healthy Comal County in which she donates her time as a health coach. Her spare time is spent flying with her husband in their plane, visiting her grandchildren, exercising and playing with her rescue pets.
