At Rei Foundation, I was responsible for monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), knowledge sharing and long-term planning. I advised our partner organisations working in arts and culture, public health, peace education and human rights on developing meaningful evaluation frameworks and feasible strategies for data collection and analysis in order to increase impact and institutional learning for sustainable development. I transformed learning, insights and experiences into accessible publications to share our achievements and failures for other actors in the field to learn from, and I worked closely with our partners in Southeast Asia, Southern Africa and Oceania to devise new projects, sustainability strategies and research.

Phnom Penh, Cambodia

At Cambodian Living Arts, I was responsible for resource mobilisation, specifically writing grant applications, and developing partnerships with other organisations for joint cultural projects, capacity development, research, advocacy and educational activities. Other tasks included developing monitoring frameworks, reporting on our projects in arts education and professional development, creating educational and training material around cultural policy and presenting CLA at global and regional events such as IFACCA, ISPA and WOMEX. I have secured grants from i.a. Ford Foundation, Japan Foundation, U.S. Department of State, DFAT and the Heinrich Böll Stiftung, and facilitated collaborations with i.a. ACMI Melbourne, NYU Abu Dhabi, Asia Europe Foundation and the International Music Council.

As representative of the commissioner, I managed relevant aspects of a large performing arts production with Cambodian, Taiwanese, Australian and American artists, which was workshopped in Taipei and Phnom Penh, and performed at Arts Centre Melbourne, BAM Brooklyn Academy of Music, ArtsEmerson Boston, Cité de la Musique Paris and Chaktomuk Theatre Phnom Penh.

I assisted CLA Executive Director Phloeun Prim in all daily tasks, liaised with stakeholders, prepared presentations and speeches, and managed several projects in the executive office, including the development of an undergraduate intensive course on "Arts for Transformation".
