• Planned and supervised audit of the world 2rd largest molecular beam epitaxy company. Identified internal control deficiencies and provided audit findings and recommendations, which helped the client receive top rating in corporate governance evaluation in 2020. Contributed more than 5% of service revenue of the group.• Performed wind power offshore examination of the largest wind energy group with US$260 million in global revenue. Reported year-end audit results to Thailand and Germany shareholders, assisted in adopting new released standards, and solved the complicated accounting issues related to syndicated loan transactions amounted to NT$90 billion, which helped the client obtain the offshore windfarm development right from Ministry of Economics Affairs in 2019. • Planned and performed IPO examination of a voice processing semiconductor company with more than 200 patents worldwide. Reconciled consolidated financial statement and converted US GAAP financial statements into TIFRS and SFRS(Singapore). Contributed more than 5% of service revenue of the group.• Coordinated and promoted digital tools to improve the effectiveness of audit projects, leading to more than 10% of the annual budget hours saving.
