With RWE I was responsible for several national and international Projects as group projects in the Project leader position: - International Projects >100 Employees- RWE Representative for Standardization in Metering/Grid Automation- Developing Smart Grid, ICT and Smart Metering Strategy- Business Model and Strategy Development- Evolving the ICT Strategy of RWE (Grid)- Responsible for Information Security (ISMS) in all R&D Projects

High mobility of communication nodes and not predictable network topologies, which are frequently or continually changing, require more and more intelligent algorithms and protocols for a situation-and application-aware communication. On the one hand such networks are highly dynamic and characterized by perpetually divergent requirements on the service of a communication link, such as data rate and delay. On the other hand the underlying circumstances of high dynamic networks, such as network coverage / signal strength, relative speeds of communication instances, the capacity and availability of network access points, are varying. An important application field of high dynamic networks can be found in the area of emergency information management as well as in the field of machine-machine communication (robotics).
