My strengths include communication and conflict resolution when working in a group or a team setting. I believe these are my most important qualities. They help me build relationships. When working with a team I like to take on the leadership role, organizing projects and coordinating plans of action moving forward. l use my efficient communication skills to get the best out of my team members. Facing an overwhelming article I fall back on my resilience and determination, never letting the pressure of deadlines or time frames deter my work. The most successful project I worked on was a litter clean-up project in my hometown. My success came from being able to work with the members of the organization I created and have everyone working at the peak of their ability. My most fulfilling role came when I volunteered and worked with the youth group at my church. Working with the children and impacting their life broadened and influenced the way I view the world. The values I value the most are honesty, respect, integrity, responsibility, and leadership. Individuals who have these qualities are people I want to work with or lead.
