Doing what I love means a lot to me. And I've had the privilege to discover my passion at a young age - telling stories. As a kid, stories and storytelling were a kind of magic pill that helped me to overcome my struggles with dyslexia. These days, I pursue storytelling through my major in Communications and minor in Theatre. But school isn’t everything of course, I hone this craft as a performer with artistic pursuits (www.kaiemmanuel.com) and through Public Speaking. I’ve also taken part in several advertising competitions because I sometimes find it fun to plop my brain into a meat grinder to crack briefs. This borderline masochistic process is then accompanied by wild nights in the editing studio, running on caffeine and Green Day (core memories indeed). Doing this with people who are just as crazy as I am makes all the difference.What I really love the most though, is that lightbulb moment when you finally land on an idea that’s sprung from the most relatable human truth.
