I’m a hard-working leader with a human-centred approach. Design is my background, and shapes how I approach problem finding and solving. After over 20 years of experience in the digital and online space, I find the most thrilling and rewarding work is creating environments for people to thrive and do their best work. I believe a team that learns together is best prepared for any challenge. Throughout my career, I’ve been part of many different multi-functional teams, and I appreciate and value how happy, engaged, and diverse teams are often the “magic” of achieving amazing things. Not that it seems any easier after that time ;) Besides that, I like to make analogue things - mostly sewing and sometimes knitting. Please get in touch if you'd like to chat about design leadership, doing difficult things, sewing with ripstop nylon, interesting roles, or design mentoring. As the pandemic eases, it would be good to connect with more people, as I've realised what a recluse I can be!Thanks for reading.
