  Site Management (January 2023- Recent)• Involved in end-to-end process for Tenancy Agreement e-Stamping.• Submit e-Stamping application on LHDN website and monitor closely the approval.• Maintaining database for e-Stamping process to monitor all data are accurate.• Establish Master Database to support accuracy of data for rental information into STT(Site Tracking Tool) (January 2020-Dec2022)-Reconciliation Team• Main objective of Recon Work is to identify opportunities to support Opex savings of 7 million per year.• Weekly meeting with HOD to ensure the OPEX savings target is achieved. • Process, verify, and reconcile site transaction documentation to ensure site rental paid are relevant to the equipment at the site.• Obtain all the relevant documentation and follow-up actions from vendors and Regional Project Managers to match the info provided by vendors for data reconciliation purpose.• Maintain an integrity tracker for all upgrading sites with additional equipment and sharer.• Raise eRAF (Rental Approval Form) in the system for higher management approval after obtaining all the required documents.Network Construction & Implementation (January 2011- December 2019)• Apply for Work Permit through the e-Work Permit system to allow contractors toaccess sites for implementation works.• Liaise with Work Permit Team & Contractor (ZTE/Huawei PIC) to ensure the Work Permit process run smoothly.• Process MCRF (Material Creation Request Form) from requesting budget (WBS) tocreate reservations (Goods Reserve) in SAP.• Liaise with TNB Personnel to ensure all TNB Account Number under U Mobile SdnBhd are registered into E-Bulk and information is updated in Chronos system.• Liaise with TNB Personnel to ensure all TNB Account Number under U Mobile SdnBhd are registered into E-Bulk and information is updated in Chronos system.• Send Weekly Report to Regional Project Managers for any missing data for TNB Info in Chronos.
