Responsibilities Strategy Planning: Participating in the formulation of overseas investment strategy for Chengtun Group, decompose the overall strategy to the executable program; Project Investment and Takeover: Responsible for initial communication, due diligence, investment feasibility report, tax structure and equity structure design, business negotiation, contract preparation and signing, post-investment management, related with regulatory declaration; Business Development: Connect with external institutions to find out suitable third-party institutions for investment projects. Contact with investment Banks, securities trader, funds and other individuals to explore new project, and establish project library in line with the investment principles of the enterprise. At the same time, developing financing channels to prepare funds for investment projects. Maintain the relationship with government departments and ensure communication channel open for approval； Post-investment Management: Follow up, analyze and evaluate the invested projects, give early warning to the projects with potential risks and promote the improvement of the projects; Industry Research: In depth research on macro-policies, industries and enterprises. Industrial research includes new energy materials, chemical industry, industrial parks, battery management system, new medical care, new energy vehicles and new finance. And prepare industry research reports; and Department Management: Develop investment process framework, risk control strategy.
