Worked closely with the management team with a focus on growing year-over-year revenue by maximizing the number of sales opportunities created and differentiation via a strategic sales approach. Impact: -Achieved 50%+ year over year growth in gross margin. 150% of target. -Divided the market into three segments and applied unique approach for each. Introduced systems and reporting structure to manage prospecting activity, close ratio and other key metrics. -Implemented account win-plans to expand footprint in existing key accounts and better position.
