Leading several teams (15-20 employees) working with co-operation between Finland and Sweden in the fields of society, politics, economy, education, culture, language and communication. Hanasaari arranges around 100 different events/meetings/occasions per annum with bilateral, Nordic, European or global focus. As head of programme I had the responsibility for the economy and the HR questions of the program department. As a member of the executive committee I took part in strategic planning for the cultural centre.

Leading a team of six employees in a successful language learning project. During my time as project manager European Union honored our project "Svenska nu" with the title as "one of the best methods for learning the language of a neighboring country".

Leading three teams (15-20 employees) working with 3 different television programs: news, children´s program and documentary program. These programs were broadcast nation-wide in Finnish and Swedish languages (subtitles). As managing editor I also acted as the editor in chief for these programs. I had the responsibility for the economy and the HR questions of the Finnish language section. As a member of the executive committee of the Swedish Television news department I was involved in the overall planning / strategic work. I worked for SVT since 1996 and occupied several positions during this time: news reporter, producer, news editor, news anchor, chief of news and managing editor/Head of Department.

I was in charge of the news desk of the Finnish language news at Swedish Television SVT. My duty was to oversee the selection and preparation of news items for broadcast. I also worked as news anchor.

I worked as news reporter and news anchor for Finnish language news program and as producer, reporter and tv presenter for a minority current affairs program in Finnish.

During my leave of absence from Swedish Television I worked as a free lance news correspondent for Finnish Broadcastiong Company Yle. My area stretched from the Czech Republic to Romania in Eastern Central Europe. I covered stories for radio and tv, edited my radio stories and filmed my tv pieces.
