After starting my own freelance career, we sat down together with two same-minded fellas and thought about the difficulties and the pains we had endured starting as a freelancer so early on in our careers.We really felt that there was a lot that can be done better, hence Gnonce was born. I provide integration architecture consulting all the way from multivendor development teams to C-suite, mostly focusing on API strategy, API management and public sector API principles. Founded and led the API team responsible for organization-wide API efforts such as centralized API management, guiding development teams and API -operations.Solution architecture work with a large amount of mission critical integrations and API:s in a complex multisourcing environment including nearshoring teams. Kauppa Käy LKV is the realtor business of Sijoitusasunnot Group OyI was a co-founder of the company and Gnonce provided technical resources for the company's software development needs. Gnonce exited this joint venture in January 2020.My role in this project was to work at the intersection of the business and tech. In the start of the project I translated raw ideas into product roadmap by facilitating design workshops, prototyping and user testing. I was in the key role choosing the tech and implementing robust overall architecture for the software. During the development I led the team of four developers as a full stack developer doing all-around software development work.

I was a software architect and software development team leader in publicly funded research project. At the start of the project I designed architecture for tamper proof study certificate system. Our team of 5 developers implemented a prototype of the software using modern web technologies and smart contracts. My role as a team leader was to be in charge of the project and guide junior developers in modern javascript web development. I also worked as a back-end focused full stack developer.

Part-time teacher for “IoT- prototypes” course. Course focused on hands-on prototyping with Raspberry Pi, basic electronic components and sensors. My responsibilities were lecturing, creating new content for the course and advising the students in group demonstrations and individual prototyping work.

IoTLi (Business Growth from IoT) research projectI continued the development of 5K platform as a software architect and platform administrator. One of my biggest responsibilities as software architect was to coordinate and carry through an integration of 3rd party LoRa LPWAN network to 5K platform. My role as a platform administrator was to manage and monitor all software, hardware and infrastructure during research data collection procedures.

5K research project: Development of 5K IoT -platformI was responsible for the design and implementation of a smart home gateway device prototype that connected sensors and actuators to 5K platform running on top of dedicated hardware at University of Jyväskylä. To achieve compatibility between different devices and wireless technologies I designed a highly scalable local device management architecture on top of LWM2M protocol.
