I am a project Lead and Senior Reliability Engineer with 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability across multiple industries, including oil & gas, mining, processing, chemical and manufacturing. I specialize in executing reliability techniques, such as Risk Based Inspection and Asset Criticality Assessment, to collect, organize, and analyze data for clients using platforms like APM, Excel, Access, and PowerBi.In my current role at Pinnacle Reliability, I lead a team of 2-10 people to execute project deliverables on time, with high quality, to exceed client expectations. I manage adherence to scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality, and I am knowledgeable in APM capabilities, including ASM, ASI, TM/IM, and RBI modules. I also manage day-to-day operations of projects, communicate progress, needs, and alerts to management and clients, and ensure tight deadline adherence.I am detail-oriented and possess a strong aptitude for learning new processes, continually driving process improvements by evaluating and adapting procedures, techniques, and tools to different work processes.
