Deep understanding of current product offerings, deal structuring, legal requirements, and revenue recognition/ASC 606 Rules. • Developed and leads Medallia’s first and only initiative to resolve challenges with extracting and publishing client whitespace and product utilization metrics by integrating Salesforce.com, NetSuite, and Medallia Experience Cloud. • Responsible for the procurement, ongoing support and enhancement, user provisioning, and budget for all Sales tools. Oversees and manages Sales Support ServiceNow workgroup for any sales requests. • Implemented, in partnership with IT Leadership, and continues to lead a project prioritization and a SFDC Quarterly planning process. Includes stakeholders from across the business to ensure timely implementation of their projects with alignment on IT and Business resources.
