Serrmi Products Inc. is a subsidiary of CDL Electric, co. I was assigned all the HR functions for this company, as they have branched off and needed an HR representative of their own. I am tasked with starting from the ground up with their HR needs, as they have never had an HR department until now. I was chosen for this position by the Director of HR for CDL Electric, and have begun to develop and implement HR functions, policies, procedures, etc. I am extremely excited to take on this project and help Serrmi Products reach their full potential!

• Source, attract, select, and recruit top talent candidates using various outlets, such associal media networks and other platforms including LinkedIn, Podio, Handshake, andJobsoid.• Focus your efforts on Talent Acquisition strategies to bring the most qualified candidatesfor each position open.• Seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent.• Conduct the first interview and schedule the second interview with the Leader of theTeam.• Administer all hiring paperwork for new Teammates and assist with the orientationprocess.• Be the main point of contact for new Teammates.• Update Teammate Bios; create profiles for new Teammates and update profiles forexisting Teammates.• Conduct and train new Teammates on our on-boarding and recruiting processes.• Handle Employment Verification and Letters of Recommendation.• Process departures.• Attend team and senior meetings as needed.
