Being brought up in a mid-sized family business, taking ownership for my work, delivering quality and taking care of my team, have always been important to me. As a "Querdenker" with a passion for digital innovation, I joined a digital agency where I advised my clients on how to improve their digital products. Deloitte Digital then gave me the chance to deliver projects end-to-end from ideation, over pilot testing, to roll out in a greater scale. Since then I've been advocating human centric thinking to overcome the silos of product driven organizations. Of course, this is only possible by looking beyond the digital world and at all human interactions with each brand's products and services, no matter the channel.
