I'm packaging printing specialist, teaching and making industry projects at TAMK, and as a consultant guiding companies to become more efficient, profitable and sustainable!When you speak about OEE, P&L, CO2e, GHG, GWP, LCA, ESG, CSRD, Scope 3, Double Materiality, Circularity, Decarbonisation, SBTi, KPIs, SDGs, Rs', C2C, GRI, SASB, NFR or ECG, FCP or M&As, we have a common language!I execute product and process evaluation DDs & Audits to calculate and verify the OEE increase and CO2 reduction. In my assessments I've used a novel and innovative OEE & GWP calculator that I developed for my PhD to evaluate productivity, cost savings and eco-efficiency.Working as consultant with 25+ years experience in the process industry, including 7+ years dedicated to sustainability, I work closely with brand owners and supply chain. I'm focused, innovative and result oriented global consultant passionate for #Efficiency and #Sustainability, but hate "greenwashing" and "bluewashing".I've held various positions as a board member, chairman, CEO, factory manager, production manager, and technical support specialist. I'm consulting clients in Europe, South Africa, USA, and Asia, and open to new projects and collaboration!My résumé holds proven track record in P&L, M&As, expanding and developing businesses, sales management, managing and leading multinational organisations, strategic decision-making, R&D planning, investments, divestments, and change management. I'm experienced in coaching, and communicating with different individuals, brand owners, designers, business owners and workers.I'm owner of Dr. Lankinen Graphic Innovations Ltd and co-owner at Marvaco Ltd. I've done academic research, co-founded and chaired the packaging printing committee of Finnish Packaging Association, and co-founded the Global Prepress Network (GPN, 1300+ people). I have long history in training and coaching, and published a Ph.D. study on "Evaluation of Expanded Gamut Printing in Flexography" (July 2021).I'm also active speaker about the efficiency and sustainability, giving speeches e.g. at EFTA Benelux, AFF (Denmark), PLFTA (Poland), FTA-Europe, ATIF (Italy), FOGRA (Germany), DFTA (Germany), TAGA '23 (USA), FTA FORUM 2023 (USA), FXC (USA), Labelexpo (B), and BusinessFinland.
