Project Name- Renovation of Veermata Jijabai Bhosale Udyan-Zoo, Mumbai, IndiaClient- Municipal Corporation Of Grater Mumbai ( M.C.G.M. )Description- A prestigious project, currently housing penguin exhibit at Interpretation Center of VJB udayn zoo , a first of kind public display & entertainment facility happening in India. Along with that VJB Udyan Zoo is very famous for other animals exhibits with beautiful landscaped Botanical gardens & specially habituated quarantine facilities for various animals. This overall development & modification for overall Zoo is being designed & consulted by HKS Designers & Consultant International Company Ltd, Thailand.Responsibilities-1) Acting as Site Engineer in the company.2) Monitoring the Civil works of whole projects,3) Giving inputs to design department for construction activities,4) Managing the contractor at sit, maintaining the work record for the same5) Daily site visits with contractor representative/surprise visit with client to review the progress of work,6) Issuing notice to the contractor if work quality not found okay,7) Solving the work related queries raised by contractors,8) Coordinating with client and contractor and department at site,9) Inspection of the completed section of work after receiving the RFI for the same from contractor,10) Liaison with the engineers of respective discipline on technical issues that may affect the construction methodology and progress. 11) Attending the work related meetings with client, contractors etc,12) Attending internal progress review meetings,13) Reporting to the Project Manager/Director.

Projects- Client- Bharat Serums And Vaccines Ltd.Construction of biology laboratory, Rubble masonry compound wall, analyzing the BOQ as per client, estimate the approximate quantity of material and work, billing, etc.Client- Marvel Drugs Pvt.Ltd.Construction of drug factory, foundation of reactors, and all finishing works, rectifications, etc.Client- Norohna Motor GarageConstruction of petrol pump for garage, making a high strength concrete foundation for petrol tank, etc.

Commercial And Residential Projects1) Rosa bella is high rise building with 29 floors, having a 1 lac sq.ft landscape design podium. 2) A being parking area capacity upto 1000 sedan cars in ground floor with puzzle and stack parking benefits. 3) This project having a big clubhouse with all moderns amenities like swimming pool, indoor games, gymnasium, squash court, etc. 4) Making a bar bending schedules, bill of quantities, checking of centring and RCC work, checking of on site concrete making, mixing and testing. 5) Execute the site as per project manager instructions. Making a good quality of concrete on site as per concrete design given by consultants. 6) Checking slump of concrete, setting time, shrinkage of concrete, etc. 7) Checking of heavy reinforced beams design for puzzle parking slabs, etc. 8) Checking post tension concrete beams use for large span of clubhouse.9) Rosa vista has 4 floors of big areas having 6000 sq.ft of each floor. Having a long span beams of post tension method.

Client- Monarch Brookfields, Monarch Universal, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India1) This project having six building group of 12 floors each. 2) The podium height up to 2 floors and large area of landscape. 3)Having a clubhouse with modern amenities like amphitheaters, swimming pool, jogging tracks, children’s park, gymnasium, etc. 4) Detailed execution of whole site. 5) Checking of columns, beams, slabs, foundation design, etc. 6) Calculation of quantities required for slabs, casting of foundations, columns, plinth beams. 7) Plotting of column foundations as per centre line drawings, checking and casting of lift rafts and their reinforcement details. Casting UG tank rafts as per working and RCC drawings, etc.Client- Kalyani Heights & Mahavir Heights, Tilak Group, Kalyan, Thane, Maharashtra, India.1) This was a small building project having 6 floors for residence and parking. 2) Preparation of bar bending schedule as drawings, etc. 3) Communication with RCC consultants and Architects for revised drawings and detailing. 4) Managing the work as per site conditions and seniors.5) Coordinate with costumers for bookings and buying properties. 6) Coordinate with civil contractor for work schedule and casting of floor rise slabs.7) Ability to marketing and sale the product to costumers with good communication skill. 8) Making a daily site report and report to directors of project. 9) Communicated with RMC plant for concrete as per our slab schedule. 10) Checking concrete cube molds for as per design strengths. 11) Checking of waterproofing work, tiling, brickwork, internal and outer cement plaster work, painting work inner and outer, etc
