Achieved highest ever production of 2300kg/day paneer with the plant of capacity 1800kg/day by rearranging the production processes and efficient mobilization of manpower.Achieved never before efficiency of power usage from 30litres/unit to 36litres/unit by rescheduling of process and activities, upgrading of pumps and equipments. Lead and manage Dairy Plant Operations to achieve production targets and related KPIs while meeting all QMS, regulatory requirements and budget.Preparation & monitoring of Production Plans as per sales indent and planning for RMPM, manpower and utilities required for it.To ensure and monitor implementation of work procedures to ensure conformance to ISO, FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP, EIA requirements.Responsible for balancing and maintenance of safety of environment, personnel, Machinery and Equipment, water conservation, energy conservation, and fuel optimization.Coach and develop team members to work toward organization goals leveraging individual strengths.
