- Team leader of the Corporate Actions team (across 5 locations) which handles corporate actions triggered rebalancing of Global MSCI Indexes. The team performs timely operational work to capture corporate actions of listed equity securities globally, then evaluate the impact and properly implement the changes to the MSCI indexes in accordance with the published methodology.- Ensure that corporate actions globally are implemented and announced with consistency and are replicable, while minimizing reverse turnover for clients.- Review and approve client announcements detailing upcoming changes in the MSCI Indexes.- Training client's on MSCI methodologies, treatment, products, etc.- Collaborating globally for delivering expedite and high quality responses to asset managers/traders' queries. In some instances, direct contact with clients has been established (over the phone) in order to manage clients' long term relationship.- Actively involved in the multi-team implementation of the Quarterly Index Rebalancing process- Core member of a global decision committee to approve complex and/or large corporate actions implementation and methodological changes in keeping relevance to the security markets and clients' need. - Core member of a global decision committee to approve changes to float of a security, which is used for index rebalancing as well as published in other products.- Implementing enhancements to the MSCI Corporate Events Methodology, processes and applications. - Participate in designing, scoping, etc. of all new product launches relating to MSCI Indexes.

- Company/Sector Analysis Report: A detailed report based on specific requirement of traders across the globe along with detailed financial and operational data to analyse the business and financial prospects- News Reports (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual reviews): Offering short term and long term industry trends and outlook to the traders, inorder to abreast and update their interest.- Monitor, review and report firm’s proprietary database: Ensuring a complete track and analysis of every corporate actions across the globe thus supporting traders to execute an informed decision about their portfolio.- Responsible for flagging and providing a complete technical script to generate automated report to ascertain the difference in two corresponding SEC filings of U.S. companies in healthcare sector.

- Analysing the portfolio of Provident Fund, Pension Fund & Superannuation Trust investments and advising the trust with respect to their future investments.- Key relationship driver across various levels for a set mix of clients (Large , medium and small).- Driving sales of both debt and equity instruments (including mutual funds) to these trusts which was permissible under the regulatory purview.- Conducting exclusive trustee workshops for these clients to acquaint them with basic concepts, existing realities of the markets. - Instrumental in setting up the beta version mutual fund software for accounts reconciliation. Co-ordinated with software developer on specific requirements to customise features .
