Working with Community Development though livelihood generation, Gender,Social Development, Health, Nutrition and Sanitation and Financial Inclusion under NRLM which has mainly helped empowerment of women in rural areas. Coordinate with District Administrative Departments, Civil Society Organizations and otherexternal agency for project purposes. Some of the departments we have worked like MGNERGA,Forest Department, Social Welfare Department, Panchayati Raj Institution, and IndustryDepartment etc. Successfully implemented Project Such as Mukhyamantri Kosi Mulberry Pariyojana, in whichwe have worked its backward and forward linkages. Successfully completed the Ease of Living Survey (221000 SECC HHs), Mission AntoydayaSurvey (771 revenue Village), made Village Poverty Reduction Plan (126 Panchayat) forDevelopment of Panchyat, Satat Jivikoparjan yojana and Didi ki Nursery etc. Successfully lead Campaign on MGNERGA, Jal Jeevan Hariyali Mission, Alcohol Prohibition,PMAY, Disaster Management, Gender Based violence, Child Marriage etc.

•Monitored and Evaluated the Investment Tracker of Industries department as a part of the Ease of Doing Business- States Assessment Framework rolled out by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP).•Provided Research support, Logical frameworks, drafted Policy briefs, and conducted stakeholder consultations on draft AP. Affordable Housing Policy.District Coordinator- ‘Campaign to promote digital financial literacy on cashless transaction’ and provided daily briefs and weekly Campaign evaluation reports to the District Magistrate on the progress of the campaign
