Customer Dealing (Internal/External)- Communicate with CCE to timely resolve the Project execution DTA new connection application requirements. - Attends hearing of customer complaints at different legal and regulatory forums like NEPRA, Wafaqi Mohtasib, Justice Courts, etc.Project Execution- Planning of project to be executed given new connection paid schemes for industrial, residential, multistory, industrial parks and housing projects, assess the respective scheme requirements and to comply with the distribution network performance standards, NEPRA CSM and KE policies.- Review the progress on monthly basis and take corrective actions where needed, realignment of plan if needed depending on various fact- Administer teams to prepare accurate schedule for execution and evaluate scheme proposal for the new connection applications. Coordinate with other departments like Operation, UGM, SSM, QC, IBC, IT, PATS, S&BD, C&GP and planning for processing of NC cases as per defined TAT.- Ensure timely surveys, execution plans, material demand and consumption, MIS & closing and completion of schemes.People Management- Identifies training requirements of the staff; contributes to building high performance teams.- Creates team-spirit and ensures seamless interaction among team members; Ensures parity among subordinates with regards to learning and growth opportunities.Stakeholder Management- Coordinates with IBCs/Distribution Regions to execute schemes to reduce losses and increase the consumer base.Material Requirement and Change Management- Prepare and communicate material requirement for current new connection schemes, analyzing the growth and past trends.Monitoring of department KPIs- Monitor performance indicators for Project execution department of New Connections, in coordination with the HOE, to comply to NEPRA TAT and to accomplish targets assigned by management.Health, Safety & Environment- Ensure that all operational activities are according to SOP’s

- To provide engineering solutions for planning the schemes- Ensure the correctness of drawing proposal with correct feeding after confirmation from HT operation.- To deal with stakeholders (IBCs, PSC, Inventory Management Department, HT operations Department) new connection applicants, Pre-qualified contractors for Self-Finance Schemes.- To analyze the Bill of Material (BOM) Load assessment and scheme/non-scheme of new connections B50KW.- To plan execution of the scheme according to the proposal of planning engineers.- Ensures good engineering work men ship practices and ensure preparation of technically sound scheme.- Coordinate with HT Operations Department for Shut Down arrangements.- Coordinate & follow-up with CA-IBCs for issuance of NOCs.- All the construction done as per approved drawing and Sub-ER as per standardized method and fill the document complete in all respect of observations.- Responsible for the safety of men and material and ensure strict adherence to prescribed safety level.- To assist DGM for achieving assigned Monthly Targets.- Active member of Asaan meter project- Perform duty in RNC Department during rainy and Heat wave session
