Job Responsibilities: • Complete the ITILv3 training to meet industry standard best practices.• Get online training for Cisco wireless technology to provide wireless solution for Krystal and P&G.• Get online training for Cisco ACS to provide the AAA service and solution for P&G.• Get online training for Cisco ISE to provide centralized and robust new advanced authentication service to upcoming project for P&G.• Prepare the Plant and industrial automation and control system (IACS) network security docs for new P&G project proposal.• Prepare the firewall ACL configuration document.• Make the Firewall Policy project docs for P&G's new Project proposal.• Prepare the master data sheet for PIO to get the Internet and MPLS cost difference to all provided P&G sites.• Prepare the docs for IACS network technical presentation for customer meeting.• Implement Cisco WLC 2504 for Krystal as per customer need.• Upgrade Cisco AP 4200 to Lightweight Access point in order to make them work with Cisco WCL 2504.• Configure the New L2/L3 VLAN on Core Switch for wireless client.• Configure the Cisco Wireless Controller with multiple SSID with PSK and RADIUS authentication as per the customer requirement.• Lead and Build solution design to mitigate Market Infrastructure Gaps as well as provide design cost to application team• Collaboration with Market Lead, Platform Lead, Application Lead as well as supplier to perform end-end Market infrastructure gap assessment• Lead Firewall/WaaS device test for Australia, New Zealand and China shared service center leveraging Global Lab Team resource, Market Lead and Global Network Team as well as Xerox • Prepare and present final deliverable to Leadership• Weekly Status report for this track
