I pursued my HM Degree in 2004 and have been working directly or indirectly with companies associated with construction, contracting, hospitality and air-conditioning.Work experience:- 1997 - 2005 - Skel Constructions:- Worked as a site superwiser and inventory Manager.- 2005 - 2009 - KT Constructions :- worked as a project manager and also looked after the sales, purchases of a site. Also worked in a local restaurant as a manager after office hours to get the feel of hospitality business.- 2010 - 2017 - H.R Promoters and Builders Pvt Ltd :-Looked after all the aspects of all ongoing projects of the company contracting and others co-ordinated with companies like national institute of virology, Pune municipal Corporation, PMPML, Stanley Black and Decker. My job was to look after construction work, sales, Purchase, finance, billing, legal and all the other aspects of all the ongoing projects. Simultaneously I started a Resort.My years of experience, hard work, business development strategies, mindful insights, competitive approach and leadership qualities are one of the reasons to where the firms stand today.After 2017 till date:- Started my own Construction Company Called Kastle Infra (Contracting firm).After 2020 till date:-Became Partner in Kevs Kastle Air Conditioning LLP (Air Conditioning work Split, VRV, Etc) After 2020 till date:- Became Partner in Yuka Hospitalities LLP (1st Restaurant Danonna’s Pizzeria in Deccan Gymkhana) I would like to say that "I have always believed in reliability quality and 100 % client satisfaction, in all the work i have done i have put my heart and soul and given personal attention to every project every day. My aim is to be the best in whatever i do. Before i get into Something i have always done through research and development and explore new techniques, products, technology, and try to keep improving our quality keeping in mind to be cost effective for our clients. I consider myself as a "FOREVER STUDENT" which helps me and the company to stay in tune with the latest and upgrade ourselves in all aspects.
