Facilitate technical and management escalations and act as an agent for process improvement to achieve customer improvement.• Actively identify sales opportunities and ensure that all revenue opportunities are captured. • Assist sales and service management with implementation of service strategy.• Providing technical account and situation management to focus and coordinate information and resources to address issues in the field, by delivering feedback and recommendations for service delivery issues to the appropriate team members. • Working towards improvement of service desk. Coordination on all aspects of ongoing service issues, technical assistance, and direction to customers.• Coordination with sales, Engineering & ServiceDesk to ensure customer needs are as per SLA.
