I’m an entrepreneur who likes to give back, having provided financial and other resources to several causes in the healthcare and education sectors including my alma mater Harrison College in Barbados and co-led Barbados’ first Innovative Technology forum. My greatest strengths are my dedication, integrity, critical decision making, drive and leadership qualities and I thrive on challenges involving growth strategies and innovation.I’m the Owner and CEO of Promotech Inc. and HP Store Barbados, two leading B2B and B2C technology companies in Barbados, serving the Caribbean region. I am also Owner and CEO of Promotech Group LLC (Miami), National Advisory Board member for the International Leadership Foundation and YPO Southern Chapter board member. I enjoy golfing, sports-shooting and am a valued opening right arm medium fast bowler and all-rounder cricket player in the Barbados Indian Premier League (BIPL). Additionally, I am involved in several real estate developments, distribution and hospitality (restaurant) businesses. Born in Ajmer, India to Neeta and the late Moti Pardasani, I grew up and was educated in Barbados, completing formal schooling at age 18. There I fulfilled my dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur through making key corporate and government connections and establishing crucial business mentorships throughout the Caribbean and the USA. I founded Promotech Inc. in 1999 and have developed an impressive worldwide client base through its representation of leading technology brands including HP, Apple, Lenovo, Samsung, Dell, Bloomberg among others.My passion and foresight for Technology being the future have been the driving force for the creation of Promotech. “Promote Technology”.
