I managed the integration of AEMS into NYSE Euronext which became the foundation of a new technology subsidiary - NYSE Technologies. AEMS was a global technology business supporting the exchange, capital markets, clearing and settlement segments. Established as a JV between Atos and Euronext, I joined the business just as NYSE announced its intention to integrate the technology business back into the newly merged NYSE Euronext.
