I just started my own social media management company. I create branded content, manage Google Business accounts, logo design, social media profile set up, scheduling + posting, engagement.

I styled clients based on her shopping needs. I communicated with her and get a sense of her style and then created three individual looks for her. I created a great rapport with my clients and had multiple repeat clients every month.

At Cache I do all hiring, training, auditing, and scheduling. I train my employees how to build up a clientele. I do a lot of community outreach. I put on a fashion show and I partnered with other retailers so they could join me. At the end of the 2013 year I was number one in my district for positive comp increase and number five in my whole company.

I did all opening and closing duties. I did most of the wardrobe training for new employees and helped the company build a clientele.
