In this role, l work across the organization, in collaboration with ministries to provide creative direction for all graphics, events, social media content, promotional content, web design, lobby decor, etc. To make sure anything Cross Timbers creates looks and feels like our branding and that the love of Jesus can be seen by anyone who glances at our stuff! I also oversee our Creative Serve Team and its members which includes but is not limited to, scheduling, training, meeting one-on-one, and leading any serve team events that pertain to the creative serve team.
