About Kailee Luddy

CliftonStrengths: Maximizer | Positivity | WOO | Individualization | ActivatorMy CliftonStrengths (Gallup) show that I thrive when developing others to perform at their highest capacity and when I'm discovering what makes each person unique. My strengths also foster efficiency, a positive perspective, and a strong focus on the quality of work and taking things from "good" to "excellent". I am passionate about creating experiences. So far in my career, I've been fortunate to work on in-person and online events around the world that not only drive success to sales/marketing initiatives but that advocate for the customer's and prospect's needs. To see someone walk away more informed, more energized and/or more valued is the most rewarding part of my career in events. I operate under the idea that an event (or project) is only as successful as how much the team around you feels prepared and informed. Specifically in event planning, one can't operate alone and must maximize communication and collaboration in order to find success. These are two things I bring to the table and use day-to-day to make an impact the teams around me. Finally, I am passionate about seeing those around me grow and succeed and love to push others to maximize their own strengths in their daily work. In my personal leadership style, I strive to uphold the 4 "I"s of transformational leadership: - Individualized Consideration: attending to each follower's individual needs - Intellectual Stimulation: challenging ideas, taking risks, and encouraging learning - Inspirational Motivation: creating a vision and purpose to follow - Idealized Influence: modeling positive, trustworthy, and charismatic behavior

One of my favorite aspects of this position was holding virtual trainings with clients for Rentping’s software platform as it allowed me to get to know every client on a personal level and discover their marketing needs and challenges over the phone. Within my team, I collaborated heavily with the other Marketing Advisors regarding associate accounts and long-term projects and overall enjoyed the team-based work environment.
