I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Spanish from Western Michigan University. After I graduated from Kalamazoo Christian High School, I went to Millikin University, but after two years there I decided to take a gap year. During that gap year, I went backpacking through Europe and traveled to thirteen different countries! When I wasn’t in Europe, I also helped a couple of local businesses with their social media, and I learned so much. While I was in school, I worked in as a Sales Lead at Lee and Birch. I also had an internship at College Moxie where I was a Social Media Team Leader. After graduation from Western Michigan University, I decided to travel in Asia for 8 months which was a life changing experience. I then entered the financial world and am worked as a teller at Advia Credit Union. However, I wanted to try something new, and I am now an English teacher in South Korea. I am also a film photographer, and I like to develop and process my own black and white film in the dark room in my free time.
