As an Activities Coordinator I was responsible for planning and executing large and small events, creating and managing a calendar filled with activities and events, newsletter design and publication, various administrative tasks, supporting the elderly and creating meaningful relationships, multi-tasking, volunteer program design and implementation, transportation and chairing committees.

URSA is a non-profit agency that meets the universal needs of individuals with disabilities. I was an assistant manager for a team of approximately 8-10 staff in a group home setting. My responsibilities included staff scheduling, report writing, staff evaluations, budgeting, liaise with community groups, supportive rights advocacy, household management, transportation, medication administration, budgeting, and event/activity planning.
