As a university ambassador, my role involves providing insight and enthusiasm about campus and academic life to families and prospective students while guiding guests through NC State's central campus.

As a front desk attendant, I greeted NC State visitors in a friendly manner, assisted guests with scheduling tours, and directed guests to campus resources. Responsibilities also included answering phone calls and providing campus directions.

I assisted with grading course assignments and exams and provided helpful study tips to the class participants while effectively communicating with the professor.

I provided care to an elementary school-aged child with a gastrointestinal disease. Responsibilities included administering gastrostomy tube feedings following a set daily schedule and facilitating social engagement activities. In addition, I assisted the child with personal hygiene tasks and completed minor household chores.

I catered to tables with 2-10 guests, accommodating customer concerns in a friendly and polite manner. During this work experience, I learned to thrive in fast-paced environments.
