• Design and delivered Adaptive Converged Infrastructure and cloud solutions for mission critical clients including Mitel, City of Hamilton, TD, Bell, McMaster University, London Health Sciences Centre, EQAO, Nissan Canada, Natrel, Alberta Health Services, Workopolis, LawPRO, CFB Borden, Canon, Sunwing, Thales Canada, Global Wireless, Passport Canada and etc.Roles and Responsibilities: OS upgrade, system virtualization and partition, high-availability cluster configuration and change, system performance tuning and troubleshooting, customer training and documentation. Implementation and configuration of SAN and HP storage products (3Par, XP, EVA) and applications on Unix/Linux, Windows, Vmware platforms in Oracle and SQL environment. Delivered cloud (PaaS) services on top of system and storage virtualization technology at HP data centers for outsourcing service clients.Highlights of Accomplishments: Direct Energy – Designed the OS upgrade implementation plan in a Serviceguard cluster environment and successfully led the change management. Government of Manitoba – Customized the system backup and disaster Ignite-UX recovery solutions and automated the process by the scripts code to meet strict government security regulations. BMO – Migrated and consolidated the production servers to a vPar environment by cloning and building the system images online. NAV Canada – Carefully planned and worked closely with the application vendor to implement the seamless changes to the Serviceguard cluster following the critical application update with zero downtime. Southlake Regional Health Centre – Performed an online storage migration solution from EVA to 3Par with no disruption to the business. Rogers – Conducted a value-added comprehensive assessment on the cluster and NFS of the most critical billing systems and provided detailed action plans to address configuration, performance and security issues.

• Delivered technical services and managed change/configuration projects for Research in Motion (BlackBerry), Shoppers Drug Mart, Rogers, Home Trust, Allstream, Bruce Power, Region of Durham, Direct Energy, GTAA, Sprint, Com Dev, F&P Manufacturing, Peel Region School Board, Thomas Cook, Cogeco, Teklogix, Russell Metals, Dofasco and etc.• Conducted quarterly service review meetings with clients’ CIOs and IT managers and provided system support for RBC, GM, Delphi, Enbridge, AIM Trimark, City of Brampton, CAA, Chapters, Manulife and etc.Highlights of Accomplishments: AIM Trimark – Linked the account management activities to customer’s business priorities, simplified technical support procedures with customized options and became their trusted advisor. Primus – Worked 40 hours to troubleshoot and fix problems of the system which failed to push OS updates through during a weekend downtime window. AECL – Designed and implemented a 3-node Serviceguard cluster to provide a high-availability platform to replace two standalone NFS servers used by more than 400 scientific computing users. Com Dev – Worked closely with customer’s network and storage team and successfully implemented a major network change and storage migration during a short planned downtime window.

Highlighs: Led the account support team of the 1st Critical System Support client (NEC) in China. Provided dedicated onsite support services for Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Highlights: As the main player, participated the OpenGL Debugger AIX to HP-UX porting project from the beginning to the official software product release. Managed the project of HP-UX Graphics performance tool test suite development.

Highlights: Managed the Fuzzy information processing application project. Led the project of Fuzzy decision-making system porting from Windows to IBM RS6000 platform. Implemented the Uniplex’s OnGO OA system Japanese localization.

Highlights: Worked as a development team member of the Fuzzy multimedia data management system. Implemented the X Windows application GUI tool.
