Firstly I am passionate about people and establishing long-term meaningful relationships. Having worked for many years as an HR professional, I built my career around the recruitment of Cloud specialist IT professionals, working within Search and Selection agencies since 2011 focused primarily with Salesforce.com.With standard recruitment models no longer able to keep up with such a fast paced and ever evolving technology field, the need for a more focused solution was apparent. With the help of my business partner Brian O'Hare we set up nimbl.ai, a specialist high-tech recruitment consultancy to deal with the complex market of Cloud / Artificial Intelligence / Big Data & Digital Arena.My co-founder Brian has extensive experience working in the IT market and has held positions within firms such as Deutsche Bank, Barclays Investment Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston delivering IT solutions to his customers. We opened nimbl.ai because we wanted to actually deliver a service that goes beyond keyword matching, utilising Brian's own technical experience to really assess and add value to the selection process.My social interests are, all genres of music followed closely by design, sports such as cricket and rugby and of course, love all things tech.
