• Support designated procurement project leads through all stages of a typical project life cycle • Act as the primary support person to each of the Leads by coordinating all project management activities across import team, design team, logistic team, QA team, marketing team...• Prepare, manage, and track detailed project plans including the consolidation of updates from various sub-teams into the master project plan. • Coordinate project activities in order to ensure shipments are delivered on time and within budget• Review project plans on a weekly basis, prepare and submit weekly status reports• Work with oversea suppliers and management to identify and assess project risks and mitigation strategies, take a disciplined approach to managing and tracking project issues, risks, and decisions. This also includes the identification and escalation of issues or risks that need the support • Provide support for project related meetings including; facilitation, preparation of presentations, meeting minutes, and recap• Monitor project budgets, and resource tracking to ensure the project team is in alignment with desired targets and report on any issues to the responsible managers
