My name is Kai J. Munshi, founder and Principal Leadership Consultant of Peak Advance LLC, a global leadership development, training, and executive coaching firm. After nearly 30 years of combined experience in the military, law enforcement, and small business, I established Peak Advance to guide leaders and teams to reach peak performance—the optimal state of focus, efficiency, resilience, and productivity. Fueled by a passion for people and excellence, I am driven to develop teams and leaders into peak performers who outpace the competition while thriving in every aspect of life.Following service in the U.S. Marine Corps, I joined the U.S. Secret Service as a Special Agent and eventually passed the rigorous selection process to become a member of the elite Counter Assault Team. I was later promoted to the top 0.3% of all federal employees as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES). My executive assignments included serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the world's largest law enforcement training academy. As COO, I led a team of executives overseeing a workforce of 2,600 employees and contractors, managed a $400 million annual budget, and delivered specialized training around the world.In 2020, my wife Sheri Munshi and I started one of the first Electro Muscular Stimulation (EMS) fitness studios in the United States. The business achieved sustainable revenue growth after becoming profitable within a month of opening. In 2023, we sold the business for a profit. We have been married for 24 years and are blessed with two beautiful children.
