- Support the implementation of best practices, processes, and tools to ensure a consistentand high-quality experience for the customers.- Build strong, long-term relationships with our customers based on trust and transparency.- Support change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications,and training activities.- Actively seek feedback from our customers to ensure that we are meeting their needs andexpectations.- Analyse feedback and track customer satisfaction using quantitative and qualitative methodsto identify areas for improvement and suggest changes.- Collaborate with other teams, such as Delivery, to ensure that customer needs are being metand that feedback is being incorporated into services.- Work with customers to understand and accurately document their vision and goals in a Business Case and work within the project team to define the plan to achieve the transition.- Support progress and entry / exit checkpoints within projects.- Provide SAP functional support and expertise as and when required.
