I started my career in Banking and Finance in 1999, and have worked with Home Building Society, HomeSide Lending, National Australia Bank, P&N Bank and bcu in various roles from Lending Operations, Credit Assessment, Line 1 Risk Management, Sales, Business Development, People Leadership, Business Management, Retail Banking, Mortgage Broking and Third Party Business. I have a strong passion for people leadership, strategic planning and driving cultural change by building high performing, diverse and inclusive teams. I currently have the privilege of leading P&N Group’s Broker channel to deliver our five-year strategy and transform the way we do business, implementing key process improvements and partnering with Aggregators and Mortgage Brokers to deliver better outcomes for Australian borrowers.
