Under his leadership, he ushered in the largest growth period for ZEFR's Influencer division and lead the Influencer Brand Strategy for ZEFR, where he worked with the TOP 100 brands to develop influencer and celebrity marketing for global campaigns. At Orabrush, Inc. he lead Orabrush brands and others in the digital marketing and brand building space, recognized as industry leaders and used by Google as top-of-class case studies and eventually helping to lead it's brand acquisitions. In 2015, Kainoa was recognized as one of Utah's 20 in their 20's for Business Leadership. He served as a consultant and VP of Marketing for RBL, the world's premier leadership development company and his entrepreneurial spirit has led him to advise brands and companies including Pura, Thread Wallets, University Impact Fund and others. His volunteer experience includes VP of the Utah Valley Kennel Club, an American Kennel Club judge and as a judge for the Utah Entrepreneur Series and the Miss America Organization.
