As a Shift Lead at Drip Tea, I work with a team of friendly and energetic staff to provide high-quality tea products and customer service. I also manage the inventory, cash flow, and daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and profitability. I have developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through this experience, as well as a passion for the tea industry.In addition to my work, I am a Junior at Seattle University, pursuing a bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in finance. I chose this field of study because I am fascinated by how economic theories and models can explain and predict real-world phenomena and behaviors. I have acquired great analytical and critical thinking skills through my coursework, which I apply to various scenarios and challenges in the business world. My goal is to secure a financial analyst internship that will allow me to further hone my skills and learn from experienced professionals.
