My everyday work consisted of compiling Credit Memorandums including financial projections and credit rating assessments, participation in credit committees presentating the Memos and standpoints, industry analysis presentation to the stakeholders.

Working out the accounting system for the starting office. Notaries are self-employed enterpreneurs who add and deduct VAT, which means they need two different accounting systems concurrently. Their income is personal, but in this case they share office and labour costs; all in all the accounting system made it possible to administer and use all data in one database. I have advised some starting companies later on as well to build up as system which can be easily used for managerial accounting too.

Main work assignments were analysis of financial data of the company; cash flow planning for branches, monitoring and analysis; financial planning of the company; substituting financial director in case of need.

Company's fields of actions were renting office spaces and running a sports club. My business title was chief accountant / manager of the sports club. However accounting took major part of my attention, I got a valuable experience of people management.
