Kais Menoufy has a strong history of establishing and expanding successful information management businesses, both domestically and internationally. Recognized in the “Power & Influence 100” by Sacramento Magazine, Kais is the Founder and CEO of Delegata Corporation, a leader in organizational transformation through management and technology consulting with operations in the U.S. and Saudi Arabia. Prior to founding Delegata, Kais was the Managing Director of Indus and the head of International Operations and Strategic Relations. Kais led a ten-fold increase in the company’s operations and his success in opening new global markets helped make Indus the world's largest provider of software solutions for enterprise asset management. During his term, Indus was listed as #3 in “America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies” in Inc. Magazine and listed as one of Business Week’s “Hot Growth Companies.” Prior to his career at Indus, Kais also founded SKAKS Technology, which provided imaging systems and integration services to clients in government and industry worldwide. Kais began his technology career as a programming intern at NCR and moved on to leadership roles at Data General and Computer Science Corporation (CSC).Dedicated to creating a healthy community for future generations, Kais has pioneered the establishment of many community initiatives including - Building Bridges, Youth for a Better Understanding and Closing the Gap - which promote education and diversity in order to establish a greater place for peace in our world. Kais has participated on the Board of Directors for the American Leadership Forum (ALF), Capital Unity Council’s Institute for Advancing Unity, Shifa Clinic, Sacramento World Music and Dance Festival, Interfaith Service Bureau, and the UC Davis International Programs Executive Development Council (IPEDC). Kais received a California State Senate Resolution in honor of his meritorious service to our global community.
